[Rhodes22-list] Gasoline spill under the floor

I veried by build the boat that week, some time a great seal because that tabed in a dam, other times not so great, the other issue 
is the foam srinks over time, and a freeze thaw cycles can lead to cranks, I would bet most are not sealed. When I had the second 
boat built I had stan rub two pvc pipe just for that resion. 1)so the wire could reach the motor and 2) as a channle so any flooding 
from the lazzerret would dain into the bilge(and the bilge pump)
