So glad you asked!

(Although we have some individuals who have problems with French names, 
you might have posted as Alan Porter, or something like that.)

IMHO, Practical Sailor has been doing an overall lousy job, and I'm glad 
someone agrees with me on this point.

Specifically with regard to anchors, the Practical Sailor tests are 
meaningless.

I hope you are asking these questions on every list you can find!

(Alain Poiraud is the designer of the Spade and Oceane anchors.  I would 
not be surprised to learn he is also the designer of the Sword.)
