Wonderful.  If you have never been through a carrier you must take the
opportunity some time.  What a thrill.  As an AF guy, I got to spend a few
days on the "Connie." Nothing like a "trap" and a "catapult" to make your
day.  After spending the better part of three months serving with the US
Navy on a ship  in the Persian Gulf, I must say that the American people
probably do not realize the debt of gratitude owed to the men and women who
serve aboard ship.

Our Army, Marines and AF Forward Air Controllers are not far behind, they
are all serving under very stressful conditions.

A salute to them all.
