Cut the wire into individual pieces. Bend the wire in a jig. Hand out 
the "razors" free of charge to the poor, and take a tax deduction; or 
charge a small fee and make a lot of money. Export them to China. Let 
users get rid of them in the trash, or wherever.

Ah, Capitalism!
