Yes, the rudder assemblies are quite different.  I see Hank is lacking the
swim ladder too.  Helpful to have one!  Mike, thanks for the description of
how the backstay tensioner is supposed to be rigged.  I've never know and
always wondered what the cleat next to the swim ladder was for. Now it makes
sense!  Learn something new about this boat everyday. - rob
