Yes, but DON'T use the Mean Green neat!  If you do it will take hours of spraying to rinse it all off.  Dilute about 25% Mean Green and 75% rum - I mean water  - and then you can apply all you want and it will clean and wash off reasonably well.  Sure beats trying to apply with the little spray bottle.
