We may have to make Dave the official list greeter.  Well done.

All this talk about boats for sale.  We have Jason looking, Alice hinting on
one possibly for sail in the fall, and Burt says he knows of TWO for sale.
Come on people, if you're not going to talk about politics, at least give us
some more information.
