[Rhodes22-list] Boats for your guests

Dr. Dan is my brother in law and has been jealous of my recent RHODES
ownership (as well he should be). He and my sister just purchased an 11
bedroom Victorian bed and breakfast in Leadville CO and are in debt up to
their eyeballs. So he needs a project boat. He loves projects and is good at
them, all of them. I hate projects. I want to show up at my boat and have to
do as little as possible.  

The plan is for him as 'captain' to take out guests on short scenic sailboat
cruises on Lake Turquoise about 4 miles from the house. 

However, specifically for RHODES owners that want a cool COLORADO vacation
in the highest city in America, I think he would allow you only to rent the
boat.
