[Rhodes22-list] Raising the Mast without a Crane

Rob,

I don't have a trailer or a winch available, so that's why I'll use human
power.  Since we won't be limited by the angle of a winch close to the boat,
I think running it over the pulpit will allow the puller to be further out
with a more advantageous angle.
