[Rhodes22-list] Renewals

A buddy of mine, used to send all the PRE-Paid envelops
with a brick or something about 2 pounds.  which was the
weight limit for those envelopes.

I don;t fully understand the point, since they'd have to
pass the extra postage costs to us somehow.
