[Rhodes22-list] Bill Davidge ... before painting...

Robert  I was told That if they smelled like Vinegar It was acidic or may be a problem But the ones that I was able to ck had no smell . 
  Can someone tell me If this is right or not ?

That liquid in the blisters could be acidic.
That was what Ed was referring to.
