I'm not aware of any. As a matter of fact, it was the time frame that 
you mention that many stopped even offering ANY ROTC programs.

People remember that 4 students died at Kent State. They seem to forget 
that the National Guard was called in because the protesting students 
burned the ROTC building down.

The crime of the ROTC folks? Why, being there, of course.
