Tootle,

Thanks for the response.  Before posting, I had searched the archives
looking for the answer to my admittedly very specific technical question
about whether the forward vent/anchor tray was set up as a sort of dorade
box or not.  Sounds like it is, sort of, but without a means of draining
water from the anchor tray overboard that may have come aboard with the
anchor line or come in the vent.  Maybe that wouldn't be a good idea for
some reason or maybe the tray is big enough that it's never an issue.  In
some respects, draining the anchor tray, while it looks easy, would be over
engineering things a little bit.
