Brad..

if u have microsoft photo editor, right click on the pic, select "open
with", select microsoft photo editor from the pulldown list..
then click "file", then "save as" from the pull down list.
then in the new window click "more>>"
a slider labeled "jpeg file qualtiy" will be at the bottom, you can move
slider to lower number and then save (with a new name)...     then u can
check size (right click  on the new pic, then properties)...  and repeat
until you find the number that gives a small size, but not too low so it is
totally pixelated.  "1" is probably too low.. I'd start with "3" or "4".

If you don't have MS Photo editor, ignore the above and go have a brew...
tell 'em to put it on my tab.
