[Rhodes22-list] Wiring Q. with the electric O/B lift

Rick,

Serenity ( who does not qualify as a "new" Rhodes) has the electric lift.
I had Stan install it because I got tired of crawling through the stern
pulpit and the traveler in order to tilt the motor under way to get it
completely out of the HOH. I have a Tohatsu 9.8 and I am able to raise the
motor and put the earmuffs on @ my slip after being out in the salt HOH in
order to flush it. I am not aware of any way of lowering the motor, short of
cutting the strap, if the electric motor fails.
