[Rhodes22-list] Computer Question

Herb,

Already discovered a glitch - the CD for my Bo parts catalog and mx
manuals come with Adobe Reader V5.0 embedded on the disc and you can't
install the program on a new computer without loading 5.0. That's
fine, I just won't update it. Foxit downloads PDF documents from the
web much faster than Adobe. I brought a laptop back from the coast
(my brother uses the desktop) and cleaned it up for my daughter's use.

The documents I was trying to download last night and couldn't were
all related to the USCG inland fleet. I'm trying to talk my son into
transferring off the West Coast to the Tennessee River. As a
sweetener, I offered my boat as temporary housing so he could save
some money.
