[Rhodes22-list] Pass through transom and wider steps

I thought that someone might be interested in the inexpensive way I fabricated a pass through pulpit with the older style of stern pulpit.  In addition, my wife and grandchild complained about the narrowness of the swim ladder steps.  My attempt to aleviate this was to use starboard 3/4" as shown in the other pic.
