[Rhodes22-list] Water in bilge from line w/o check valve?

Mike,

My boat is bone dry now.  That's after I have sailed her heeled over to the
rail and after she was hit by some big wind and rain storms.  But last
spring, after sitting at the dock only a few days following her launch, she
had water to the max allowed by the bilge pump.
