[Rhodes22-list] Rob Lowe Mast light wiring

The insulation trick seems good.  I will ot need to fully wire the mast light, though. Still, I was considering using several wire ties with the long tails left uncut spaced every four or so feet to keep the wire from klanking.  Happy winterizing.
