David,I agree with Rummy in that you should only remove the CB trunk if you have confirmed that there is a leak there and if so, try tightening the bolts first.  Removing the trunk is not fun or easy but it is do-able.  Also check that there isn't a possible leak in the top of the CB cap.  Mine had some old screw holes that were not filled in and it only leaked when underway which made diagnosing the leak very difficult.  Once the screw holes were filled the leak disappeared.  Use baby powder to find the source of the leak. Good luck!BK
