[Rhodes22-list] Outboard Motor

I know how Stan feels about motors, so I'll ask you all.
I am wondering what hp is suitable and what is over kill. Also the weight
that the electric lift can handle. I know a long shaft is needed but, 20"
or 25" and a high thrust prop is helpful...any other pointers. Sof ar I am
thinking a 9-10 hp 4 stroke with a 20" shaft. not sure of yhe make.
