Was just reading about propeller selection and the advantages of using a high
thrust prop. Said low pitch, and larger blade provided more thrust at slow
and high speed, less prop walk due to lower pitch, and better reverse
handling. Anyone with experience with this issue? I currently am using a 6
hp, 4 stroke, Mercury with a standard 3 blade, medium pitch, narrow blade
prop. Is it worth switching to maybe 4 blade or 3 blade, high thrust model?
Appreciate your advice.
