[Rhodes22-list] internetoutboards: 8 vs 9.9hp

When I bought a 6 hp Tohatsu, I found a very knowledgeable dealer who had me
buy a 4 hp Tohatsu and a 6 hp carburetor. That is the only difference
between the motors and it saved me a chunk of money. You might check the
difference between the 8 and 9.9, as their weights seem to be listed as the
same.
