[Rhodes22-list] Cleat for CB Pendant

As everybody seems to be shaking off a long winter, I had a last minute question before launch. 

My cam cleat at the companionway for the CB pendant is rocking. Is there any easy fix for that (larger screws?), or a full epoxy fill & retap for machine screws? Not sure if it’s just the fiberglass single thickness holding tapping screws, or if I can get locknuts from below for machine screws? Any help on that is welcome.
