[Rhodes22-list] Trailering

At the beginning/end of season when i step/lower the mast, i find that
tensioning the stays takes up the majority of the time, not the stepping of
the mast... this doesn't address that time sink, otherwise I'd rig this
system up just for the seasonal stepping of the mast.
