[Rhodes22-list] Suggested max number of people aboard

I had 2 families of four once for sailing. The children were all teenagers
so it was crowded. I had 8 adults once just for drinks on the mooring and
the cockpit drain went below water level. We were dressed for a Saturday
night event at my old club & some got their dress shoes wet.
